So, when\u00a0 Space Invaders Infinity Gene hit Xbox Live Arcade I knew I&#8217;d be spending some time with it.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve got my full review <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xblaratings.com\/component\/content\/article\/49-coin-op-classics\/3060-space-invaders-infinity-gene\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> on XBLA Ratings.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s the quick breakdown.\u00a0 Graphically the game is not that great. I actually really dislike some of the levels.\u00a0 However, the game play it self is a lot of fun.\u00a0 There are 10 different weapons to unlock so playing the levels with different ones is a nice change of pace.\u00a0 Also, there are a lot of levels.\u00a0 The achievements require a lot of playing to complete, but since this is the kind of game I&#8217;ll play for 15 or 20 minutes ever few days I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ll get most of them eventually.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll probably never complete it on Hard, Insane or Nightmare difficulty but the other 9 at least I should get some day.\u00a0 I find the real time ranking quite addicting.\u00a0 In the top left corner it tells you your current game&#8217;s ranking in the leaderboards.\u00a0 It is fun to watch that number get lower as my score gets higher.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve not gotten into the top 100 yet but I do regularly get in the top 200 scores.\u00a0 For a $10 title there is a lot of game play in Space Invaders Infinity Gene.
